Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning the top surface of roof with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course, haunching, coping, curved filllet and similar works of over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg of cement over concrete roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- WATER PROOFING COMPOUND SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY AS SUPPLY ONLY.

M & L for providing polyester based waterproofing membrane (IWL Hyperplas Polyster manufactured by IWL, Super Thermolay manufactured by STP Limited, Torch Shield AP manufactured by Pidilite Industries) minimum weighing 3.50 Kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 Grams per sqm) laid by forced torch application having minimum 10 cm end laps both ways, over and including polymeric primer @ 0.30 Litre per sqm and polymeric modified bitumen @ 1.20 Kg per square metre after cleaning of roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Aluminium paint @ 200 Gram per Sqm, on APP membrane surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly-ash old size bricks having designation 75 conforming to IS-12894 (2002), straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) including terrazzo, tiling etc. in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing factory made PVC door frame (Prelam) of size 100 mm x 45 mm having wall thickness 5 mm, made out of extruded 5 mm thick PVC sheet manufactured by an ISO 9001-2008 certified company and by joining 3 Nos. heat bent PVC sheet section, the inside section of size 90 x 30 mm shall be made from plain colour PVC sheet of 5 mm thick, inside section duly covered by sticking two sections of size 30 x 35 mm and 70 x 45 mm made from 5 mm thick plain PVC sheet, frame shall be mitre cut at two corners and joined with 4 Nos. 150 mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm MS square tube, both vertical door frames to be reinforced with 40 mm x 20 mm MS tubes of 19 guage through out the frame, door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8 Nos. 100 mm long screw through the frame by using anchor fastners, minimum of 4 Nos. screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum 2 Nos. for horizontal members complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.

M & L for providing 30 mm thick factory made internal PVC flush door shutter wood free consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19 guage thickness of size 20 mm x 40 mm for stiles as well as top, bottom and lock rail, MS frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make, inside panel shall consist of 20 mm thick multi-chamber hollow PVC section having 1 mm wall thickness bonded using solvent cement / cynoacrylate adhesive with 5 mm thick both side prelam PVC sheet manufactured by an ISO-9001-2008 certified company, inside panel all the four edge of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm thick and 20 mm wide PVC sheet batton (made by sticking 2 Nos. NOTES:- (a) Material not included in schedule of credit and debris from the dismantling having lowest value / Nil value shall be the property of department. The same shall be removed / disposed or deposited by the contractor in MES stores yard of GE (West) Bareilly as directed for which no additional payment shall be made. The contracotor shall be fully responsible to safe guard these materials against loss / theft / deterioration etc. till the same to be deposited by him in MES Store yard. (b) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend office of AGE B/R for collection of complaints raised by user on regular basis and same has to be rectified / completed on requirement basis. If the contractors unable to rectify the complaints within stipulated time of 7 days (Maximum), penalty will be imposed to the contractor at the rate of Rs 500.00 per day for each complaint. (c) The above aspects shall be borne in mind by the tenderer while quoting the rates. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include the above aspects. (d) Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
