PART-I Preparation of detailed project report of various schemes as water supply scheme, underground sewerage scheme, storm water, road and other beautification work including collection of field data, carring out preliminary & detailed survey, plotting work, detail design, plans, estimate & getting sanction for the same from competent authority - (Consultancy charges for the above work) for Jawhar Mumicipal Council.

Mode of Payeament -

Preparation of detailed survey work, ploting work and submission of survey report approval for the same from Jawhar Mumicipal Council. (a) Preparation and submission of detailed project report including design, plans & estimates and taking approval for the same from Jawhar Municipal Council.

(b) After Technical Sanction / Approval from appropriate authority.

(C) After Administrative Approval from appropriate authority.

PART-II Supervision work of actual execution of the project including preparation of tender documents, Inviting tenders, Assisting to finalization of Agency. Issuing work order to contractor & supervision of the work till satisfactorily completion of the project.

Mode of Payeament -

(a) Preparation fo tender documents, inviting tenders, assisting to finalization of agency, issuing work order to contractor.

(b) Supervision of Contractor's work including furnishing required data to contractor, preparation of working, verifying contractor's bill co-ordination between Contractor & Municipal Council. The charges will be pay in proportion with contractor's bill etc. complete.
