Material and labour cleaning of over head reservoir internally from base to top including scraping the mud, silt from the base and walls, desilting/removal of mud from the connecting pipes, cleaning the mouths of the connecting pipes, washing and brooming with washing powder/castic soda the complete internal surfaces with clean water, removing the silt/mud outside the area n.exc 100m away and applying internally one coat of lime wash to internal surfaces of the tanks of capacity 100000 gallons at 50 feet to 70 feet staging complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. (Note : Working hour for cleaning the tanks is between 0800 hrs to 1500 hrs in one day otherwise a penalty of Rs 1000/hr will be imposed in case cleaning not done after commencement)

Description all as per srl item No 1.00 above but of capacity 75000 Gallons.

Description all as per srl item No 1.00 here in before but of capacity 50000 Gallons.

Description all as per srl item No 1.00 here in before but of capacity 30000 Gallons.

Description all as per srl item No 1.00 here in before but steel tank capacity 200000 Gallons at 30 feet to 50 feet staging and painting with one coat of epoxy paint on internal surface and one coat of synthetic enamel paint on external surface any colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cleaning of under ground sump/ reservoir internally from base to top including scraping the mud, silt from the base and walls, washing the complete internal surfaces with clean water removing the silt/mud outside the surrounding area and desilting / removal of mud from the connecting pipes cleaning the mouths of the internal pipes and depositing the same n. exc 100m away from site and applying one coat of lime wash to internal surfaces of the tanks of capacity 1.5 lakhs gallons complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. (Note : Working hour for cleaning the tanks is between 0800 hrs to 1500 hrs in one day otherwise a penalty of Rs 1000/hr will be imposed in case cleaning not done after commencement)

Description all as per srl item No 6 here in before but of capacity 1.0 Lakh gallon.

Description all as per srl item No 6 here in before but of capacity 0.50 Lakh gallon.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of OHTs and TWs and making the surface clear and plain removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified.

Material and labour as fixed in repairs MS sheet 3mm thick for man hole cover of overhead tank/ reservoir approx 1.0 mtr x 1.5mtr incl provn of angle iron of size 40x40x5mm properly grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with locking arrangements incl provn of MS handle and hinges duly welded as required complete all as specified.

Taking down the unserviceable worn out lightning protection system with complete accessories from the top of the over head reservoir complete all as specified.

Material and labour in replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long incl grouting the rod in the PCC block 1:2:4 type B-0 of suitable size complete all as specified.

Material and labour in replacement aluminium strip 25x3 mm fixing with saddles on the wall/pillar of the over head tank incl insulators on the wall at each mtr for roof and down conductor complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and M&L new earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, burried directly in ground not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25 mm x 4mm as earth lead connected with equipment by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and connection to earth mesh including welding and complete with fire charcoal afer installing earth electrode, pipe and excavation, earth work and , surrounded from all sides by charcoal dust and common salt in alternative layers of 15cm depth and earth electrode connected filling pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, aII frame and pre-cast RCC cover mix (1:1.5:3) incl 40 mm dia GI pipe for strip protection and 20 mm for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 150 mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber /fiber board gasket nuts, washers etc including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the old broken rusted sign boards and supply and fix new sign board of size 5 feet X 3 feet with MS frame box type shape with stand and with Radium Coated letters/symbol of size 2"x2"x1" with ACP sheet in front and rear side.Writing the letter/symbol on glow sign board will be specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of CI pipe 100mm bore by removing old paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on all external surfaces of CI pipe for rising supply, overflow and washout 100mm bore vertical length including necessary scaffolding and other arrangement required for painting complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 17.00 above but for 150 mm dia pipe

Dismantling old rusted ladder from OHT and material and labour fabrication of ladder made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x5mm appx 12 feet long as per existing type incl steps at appx 300mm gap incl welding work and fixing on the man hole cover and bottom of the tank incl painting two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing damaged/broken PCC work under the over head tank/road cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hard standing /path complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment with and incl sand cushioning 50mm thick spread thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable water level indicator with complete accessories like wire rope etc from the over head reservoir complete all as specified.

Material and labour for fabrication of the water level indicator frame made out of MS sheet 2 mm thick of size 1'x12' and hollow ms bar/angle iron 50x50x6 mm including all fixing arrangement incl painting two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl level marking and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel wire rope of size 6 mm dia of best quality(18 mtr length) for fixing of water level indicator, pulley and complete fixing arrangement and 350 mm steel float valve incl testing of valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour MS chequered sheet 3 mm thick 45 cm width incl cutting/welding in required shape as per site required complete all as specified.

M&L making base frame of pit covers of angle iron/hollow ms bars of any size including cutting welding in required shape all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement aviation obstruction light glow type 60 watt with and incl fixing arrangements the light on the angle iron frame 25x3 mm one foot height incl grouting the frame in the PCC complete all as specified. Make: Havells/Bajaj/CG/Philips

Supply and fix in replacement single phase and neutral main switch 16 Amp with kit kat fuses incl fixing on the wall complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated stranded 1100 Volt grade heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm 2 Core in and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia (internal) medium grade fixed on wall of the over head tank with insulators/saddles complete all as specified.

M&L writing of date of cleaning, capacity of tank, due date of cleaning on the over head tank with paint and making border surrounding the writing all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M&L scraping the existing paint by using wire brushes and sand paper etc and preparing the surface and applying one coat of cement base paint on OHT at height of 20-25m complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, ltalic or Indian exc 100mm and n.exc 300mm high for writing bldg Nos with one or two coats synthetic enamel paint of any colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Letters etc, shall be painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks. If necessary they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained without any extra cost. (ii) Nothing extra shall be paid for working at a height of 30m from GL.

M&L scraping the existing paint by using wire brushes and sand paper etc and applying one coat of Apex paint exterior grade Ist quality on walls of OHTs and UG sumps over a coat of water base primer including preperations of old plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed. Note- Nothing extra shall be paid for working at a height of 30m from GL.

Description all as per srl item No 34.00 here in before but Apex paint exterior grade Ist quality on walls.

M & L preparing old painted steel suraces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as speciied and directed. Note- Nothing extra shall be paid for working at a height of 30m from GL.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cemen including taking down old existing cement plaster complete all as specified.

M&L repairing the leakgae of GI/CI/DI pipe line of size 100 to 300 mm by replacement the tyton joint or run lead joint any type including making good and dewatering the leaking area all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge. Note- Cost of repairing Leakage of OHTs verticle pipe shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate qouted.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 48650.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
