REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, ROOF SHEETS, WOODEN TRUSSES AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STATION TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Taking down of existing roof treatment any type and cleaning top surface of cement concrete, including and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) duly thermofused by torch flame laid over one coat of water based bituminous emulsion primer on the existing surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm laid over and including 15mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) over cement slurry on concrete surface including WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement afte taking down of old existing roof treatment any type including roughening surace of old concrete surface by picking,sweeping clean and washing with water to remove dust from exsting roof surface complete all as specifed and directed. Note : (i)The overlap shall not be less than 75 mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction) (ii) WPC will be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M & L for repairing of holes of Galvalume or CGI sheets roof of hangers up to 20 mtr by applying silicon based adhesive with manually operated guns to make repair area of roof completely water proof complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall arrange manually operated or hydraulically operated ladder to reach at roof of given building and cost of it should be included in quoted rate.

M&L for butyl & bitumen based flashing tapes/ strips 100 mm wide are cold applied self - adhesive tapes with one side bitumen adhesive protected by release film and other side is re-enforced aluminum foil to prevent leakages, fill cracks & joints for metal, cement asbestos, fiber, plastic, vinyl etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 Ltrs not exc 500 Ltrs setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required including claning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 Ltrs not exc 1000 Ltrs setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required including claning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing of galvanized steel tubing ,medium grade, 15mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) While fixing of pipe new fittings as required shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same in included in the unit rates of this item. (ii)The old pipe shall be cleared properly before use in the work and cost of cleaning is included in the unit rate of this item.

Taking down and refixing of galvanized steel tubing ,medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) While fixing of pipe new fittings as required shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same in included in the unit rates of this item. (ii)The old pipe shall be cleared properly before use in the work and cost of cleaning is included in the unit rate of this item.

S&F 20mm thick, second class hard wood boarding, planed one side with butt joints and fixed complete in position as in eaves boards etc complete including dismantling timber boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L second class hardwood timber framed work clean sawn in scantling complete including dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in sec in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any descriptions exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old wood & wood based surfaces of any descriptions exc 10 cm width or girth and applying a coats of synthetic complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa using as in roof covering/cladding to wall and fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling of AC sheet roofing any gauge, any thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, any thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in benching, coping, bed plates etc for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) in camouflage pattern, in any shade or colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and apply two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer coating including provn of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS steel work in Square / Rectangular / Tubular hollow trusses and hollow posts including special shaped washers etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 complete including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as in grills with end of bars shouldered and / or rivetted, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, railings, brackets etc of Fe-410 Gd E-250 complete including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric not exc 4 Kg/Sqm welded to steel members including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 12 mm thick mineral fibre ceiling board made of high quality plaster boards, fire proof, flame proof, flame retardant, sound insulation, heat resistant, front of the board PVC film laminated, back of the board is laminated with alumina foil and wrapped with PVC tape on all four side makes in moisture proof complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 4mm thick, designer, non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work with 20X25 mmX1.5mm 'T' and 20X20mmX1.5mm 'L' section with grid size of 605X605mm including with necessary 3.15 mm GI wire as in suspenders etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out damaged portion edges of chajjas, fins, facias, dropwalls, parapets and similar locations incl. repair the reinforcing bar as per site requirement and repair the same by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 over concrete to concrete bounding chamical as per site requirement and finished the same by 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Girth of the work will be considered for measurement purpose and cost of bouding chemical shall be included in quoted rate. )
