Repairs, comprehensive and preventive maintenance of DG set of any make of the following capacities which include replacement of diesel filter, mobile oil filter, lubricating oil, rubber hose pipe, V belt, oil pipe, diesel pipe, repair kit, burnt oil part etc. and tightening of nuts bolts, washers greasing etc for proper running of DG Sets :-

Dismantling of DG set of following capacity and make from foundation and transportaion of Engine and alternator to work shop for complete servicing and repairs, dismantling the engine complete by taking out radiator, pump assembly, casing top cover, head assembly, piston, crank shaft oil tank, filters, hose pipes, fuel pipe, fuel pump assembly exhaust,replacement of all fuel and lube filters etc for complete repairing/servicing of engine and repair/ replacement of unserviceable./ wornout parts, complete cleaning, greasing, and serviceing of all the parts of DG set and the after repairs reassembling the complete engine for proper functioning, transportation of engine back to its original position connecting with the DG set alternators and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Supply only (Except Fuel and Lube filters) of new items required for replacment will be measured and paid for separately (ii) Rate quoted by the tender includes for the cost of small parts such as washers, nuts, bolts etc and repairs such as reboring of cylinders head oil cooler serviceing, connecting rod grinding, cylinder head repowering ,sevicing of nozzles etc as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacment of Engine Oil of various type capacity of engines and removal of old engine oil (20W 40) from engines complete all as specified anda s directed.

Descaling of water jacket of engine by using of descaling solution with pressure circulation pump with leak test & soldering , brazing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Prepainting old painted surface of DG sets and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer:

M&L for taking out Radiator of DG set upto 62.5 KVA for repair to civil workshop including traportation cleaning, servicing,welding,brazing,leak testing& re-assembling to DG set to its original location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out Radiator of Dg set upto 30 KVA For repair to civil workshop including traportation cleaning,servicing,welding, brazing, leak testing& reassemling to DG set To its original location

Disconnect the Alternator from the system i.e. detaching from diesel Engine, removing electrical connections, etc., taking out from the face, transporting to workshop for repairs, dismantling the same, taking out the burnt-out stator, re-winding the same with suitable guage of super enamelled copper wire including providing insulating materials,varnishing, heating and replacing the worn out parts, re-assembling, re-fixing at site and connecting with the system, testing to the full satisfaction of Enginner-in-Charge of the following DG Set :-

M & L for repairing of economiser assembly complete of 125 KVA by brazing/welding,cleaning of Fins lighting locks, replacement of flexible coupling and ensuring the leak proof and refixing entire systems leakproof complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the old rusted silencer in between exhaust pipe, engine & providing new low noise silencer (Residential Type) & fixed with gasket nuts bolts washer asbestos rope all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for Capacity of 125 KVA DG Sets .

Supply,lay,jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Supply, lay,jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/ KEI/Polycab

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, fitting in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not execeeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/demolished material not exceeding 50 Mtrs from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around the cable for cushioning including punning down as specified in relevant clause of SSR Part I. 2010.

Supply and laying dry well burnt standard sub class ‘B’ bricks for cable protection in trenches complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
