Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

GST shall be paid separately

The Class-III and Above Contractors who have registered in KPWD / CPWD are eligible in participation of tendering

Materials required for the work shall be procured by the renderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority before use on the work.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-2026 (a) achieved in at least Two financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.49.96 lakhs. (usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract) Annual Turnover Certificate equal to the amount put Tender during last five financial year Certified by Charted account (CA)

Work Done Certificate For Rs. 24.98 lakhs of Similar nature of work done certificate by the prime contractor in the last five years i.e.(2021-22 TO 2025-26) duly signed by not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.14.99 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from nationalized/Schedule banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually 30% of the amount of contract)

Technical Criteria

General

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)
