Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.

P/F Balusters made of Imported KD Wood wood with 3"x3" and height 2' 4" ornamentally lathed Imported KD wood pegs fixed with C/C distance of 150 um given it ctorian look (Approved pattern/ design) complete in all respects including cost of Priming coat and two or more coats of synthetic Enamel.

Structural steel in Tubular/hollow sections including welding cutting placing in position including applying a coat of red oxide and two or more cots of paint on new surface with all carraiges complete job

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete, , including all carriages. Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length including cost of required number of hold fast (First class imported KD wood) including all carriages

Planting of conifer plants into pits of size 45cmx45cmx45cm within the available spaces including carriages / lifting of plants from different nurseries with cost of labour and all carriages complete.
