The intending bidders shall have sufficient work experience in providing similar services to reputed Govt. and private departments for at least 3 years.

Registration Certificate of establishment (Trade) under the Shops & Establishment issued by the Competent Authority with latest renewal.

Registration certificate issued by the Department of Labour, Govt of Karnataka

Registration certificate in Employees State Insurance Department issued by the competent authority with latest renewal

Registration certificate in Employees Provident Fund Organisation issued by the competent authority with latest renewal.

PAN Card of the Agency/proprietor

GST Registration certificate

Declaration regarding non-employment of child labour

In case the Agency is of Partnership Firm, then the details of the partners and their authorization of any one Partner to sign the tender documents.

Certificate obtained from Department of Police regarding Security, etc services

Clearance certificate from EPFO, ESI, GST & other departments regarding payment of all dues in respect of the staff worked under their agencies

Declaration regarding office bearers of agency or agency is/are not involved in any criminal/ civil cases

Declaration regarding agency is not blacklisted by any Govt/Non Govt Offices.

Agency must have established a LOCAL OFFICE at Dharwad. Details of Local Office address and name of managing authority should be attached.

Annexure-A, B, C and D duly filled and signed by the concerned Bidder. THESE APPENDICES ARE MANDATORY DOCUMENTS. IN CASE BIDDERS FAILED TO UPLOAD THESE APPENDICES, THEN THEIR TECHNICAL BID SHALL BE TREATED AS NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL BE REJECTED FOR FURTHER PROCESS

Annual Turnover Certificate for last 3 years signed by the Chartered Accountant

Income Tax Return for the last 3 financial years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

BIDDERS ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE IN PRE-BID MEETING
