Designing, supply, installing, commissioning & testing Micro processor controlled Central Air Conditioning twin Screw Horizontal Type Water Chilling Machine with VFD (AHRI /EUROVENT certified) having minimum capacity of 250 TR (2x125 TR) screw type Chilling System for Khetrapal Auditorieum IMA having size as attached in layout plan, to maintain inside desire design condition of temperature 24ºC ± 2ºC through out the year and humidity 55 ± 5% and suitable dust filtration up to 5 micron 97% Efficiency filter at suction and using R134a environment friendly CFC/HCFC free refrigerant, with the following accessories :- Note:- (i) The design and layout of AC plant should be vetted by NIT/IIT/OEM as per layout plan of auditorium before commencement of work and same to be approved by CWE Dehradun. (ii) Password/ credentials for operation of chillers to be submitted prior to Phase-I completion. (iii) The plant will be operated by experienced and well qualified operator from completion of phase I test till completion of defect liability oeriod.
(a) Chiller machine with VFD :- Twin Screw Horizontal Type Water Chilling Machine with VFD having minimum capacity of 125 TR each complete with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 415 +10% volts ,3 phase, 50Hz AC with automatic starter, micro processor based panel (compatible with built in resident communication card to interface Chiller, water cooled condenser, Economiser, controls(including pressure differential switch to control water flow, Electronic Expansion Valve etc.),instruments, suction line and chiller insulation, vibration isolators, charge of refrigerant and compressor oil and complete with automatic capacity control system, safety switches, speed increasing gears, forced feed lubrication system etc. Each of the Chiling Machine having minimum 125 TR capacity , Power Cosumption Maximum IKW/Ton at full load: 0.65 KW/TR *** Chiller described above. The Chiller manufacturing is Shell and Tube Water Cooled Condenser of M.S. Shell and integrally finned Copper Tubes, min. 2 pass heat exchanger having maximum pressure drop ≤ 3 m. and Condensor Shell and Tube Flooded type Chiller consisting of MS Shell and Copper Tubes, 2 pass Heat Exchanger, duly insulated at factory. Evaporator shall have refrigerant sight glass or automatic refrigerent leak detection and alarm system, complete as per specifications and as required. The maximum pressure drop across the heat exchanger shall be ≤ 3 m. Qty-- 02 Nos.

(b) Chilled Water Pump with VFD : Secondary chilled water End suction back pull out chilled water pumps complete with base frame, cast iron casing close coupled with SPDP squirrel cage induction drive motor,Impeller shall be bronze statically and dynamically balanced .shaft shall be as per manufacturer's recommended specification with machanical seal. The pump shall be suitable to match the delivery/ discharge and head required for above chiller of capacity not less than to meet the requirement of water flow rate not less than 375 USGPM at Head of 30 M WG. Qty-- 02 Nos. (c ) Chilled Water Pump with VFD : Primary chilled water End suction back pull out chilled water pumps complete with base frame, cast iron casing close coupled with SPDP squirrel cage induction drive motor,Impeller shall be bronze statically and dynamically balanced .shaft shall be as per manufacturer's recommended specification with mechanical seal. The pump shall be suitable to match the delivery/ discharge and head required for above chillerof capacity not less than to meet the requirement of water flow rate not less than 375 USGPM at Head of 15 M WG. (d) Open Expansion Water Tank of minimum capacity 500 Litre for Chilled Water Open Expansion Tank along with 32 mm Elastomeric Nitrile rubber foam insulation with adhesive wrapped with Aluminum foil Cladding all around the tank suitable for the chilled water system of above capacity chilling system.- Qty-- 02 Nos. (e) Condenser water circulation pumps End suction back pull out chilled water pumps complete with base frame, cast iron casing close coupled with squirrel cage induction motor,Impeller shall be bronze statically and dynamically balanced .shaft shall be as per manufacturer's recommended specification with mechanical seal.The motor shall be TEFC squirel cage suitable for 415 +/- 10 % volts.The minimum capacity of pump shall be suitable to match the delivery/ discharge and head not less than 550 USGPM at total head 15 MWC required for above chiller plant . Qty-- 02 Nos. (f) Cooling Tower CTI certified Supply of Induced draft counter flow rectangular type FRP Cooling tower suitable including foundation/platform of PCC/RCC as recommended by OEM. MS fabrication work to be provided over the cooling tower to avoid the wood pieces/leaves from the surrounding trees complete with direct drive TEFC induction motor, fan, makeup, Min storage capacity of water tank shall be 5000 Ltr to run smooth functioning of AC Plant of capacity 250 TR, quickfill and drain, float valve, Ladder, fill, drift eliminator and bird protector. The tower shalll have FRP basin. Anti water spillage louvers shall be provided at air intake sections of the tower. CT suitable for 2 X125 TR =250 TR AC Plant but not less than 300 TR capacity or higher as per the design. (g ) AIR HANDLER UNIT (i) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Validation of Double skin AHU in thermal break profile with internal coving constructed on 40±2 mm thick CFC free PUF injected (minimum Density: 40±2 kg/Cu. m.) Al profile minimum 0.6 mm thick with duly sandwitched panel. Every section shall have service window (Openable) and LED light for proper illumination. Every door shall be controlled with emergency as safety. (ii) Mixing Chamber : Complete with Gl extruded gear operated volume control damper for fresh air and return air with 20 micron both suitable for manual. (iii) Prefilter : 50 mm thick prefilter of efficiency 95 % down to 10 micron (EU- 4) duly epoxy sealed , made out in Al construction box type . (iv) Fan Section : Fan section complete with arrangement of fixing of fan and motor drive unit. (v) Motor : motor of 2/4 Pole and top terminal assembly of suitable capacity. Drive Set : pulley for fan and motor both V- Belts shall be used in drive set. Protection mesh shall be also supplied for this area wherever required. (vi) Mounting Arrangement : Al extruded section shall be provided below fan and motor . Prefabricated sliding rail arrangement shall be provided below motor for proper allignment. Spring mounted rubber pads shall be provided below this section to avoid any vibration. Flexible connection at out let of fan to discharge section made out with fire retardant canvas cloth. (vii) Cooling Coil : 6 No of CHW coil fabricated in copper tubes of thickness min 0.45mm with 11 - 13 FPI Al finnes in Shine waves design. SS Drain Tray : SS drain tray duly insulated with 10 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation
(viii) Header : Coil header shall be of suitable size MS pipe along with air purging arrangement. (ix) Micro vee Filter : Micro vee filter of efficiency 95% down to 5 micron capacity Filter frame shall be in Al anodised sheet construction . (x) Supply Air Damper : Air discharge section complete with Gl extruded volume control damper at the out let of AHU suitable for manual operation. (xi) The AHU should include suitable Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) along with outer box (powder coated) and wall or floor mounting stand (MS painted) HVAC series Motor - suitable but minimum 15 KW. MOTORIZED FIRE AND SMOKE DAMPERS Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of motorized combination fire and smoke damper (spring return type) of approved make of atleast 120 minute fire rating and all as specified. The fire damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator .The fire dampers shall be located in the supply/return air ducts, at all fire rated crossovers (shafts/walls etc.) The control panel will be such located that the reset can be easily done These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for fire detection / HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire / smoke in the respective zone with the Bare Fire Dampers with 400 mm sleeve. The fire damper should include Compatible and suitable Fusible link, Limit Switch and Actuator.

Supply and fixing of hot dip Galvanised CABLOFIL (300 MM width) wire mesh cable trays, manufactured with a longitudinal 'T- welded' safety edge.Trays shall be constructed with 50 X 100 mm mesh configuration. All Accessories including couplers (CE25 + CE30 + BTRCC screw-based combination system or EDRN fast coupling) and mounting accessories are required of same finish as per site requirement..The deflection of cable tray must be no more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537. Wire mesh cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 m, taking into account the maximum carrying capacity authorised by the manufacturer. Assemblies with specific fire resistant properties must have an E30-E90 certificate.
