Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming / dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth , sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all kinds of soil in pick work, jumper work and blasting work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement:3sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall, complete in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement:6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Randum rubble masonary polygonal rubble masonary (uncoursed brought to courses with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) including all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 ( 1cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation, footings base of columns and the like mass concrete.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. thickness attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level

suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts.

Beam, cantilivers, girders and lintels side and soffits of beam haunches cantilivers girder bressumers and lintle not exceeding 1 mtr in depth in all leads and lift.

Slopping or battering surface including folded plates where inclination to horizontal plane does not exceeding 30*

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortor 1:4 (1cement :4 sand) 2nd class bricks as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought , framed and fixed in position in all leads and lifts. Ist class deodar wood (a) 1st class deodar wood.

Providing 40x3mm iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10cm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embending in CC block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6(1cement :3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glased shutters for doors, windows and clerestory window including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws(40mm thick) 2nd class dedoar wood in all leads and lifts..

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames in windows etc. with MS flat square or round bar with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grills in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement in all leads and lifts. (a) 40mm thick

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortor 1:3 (1cement :3sand)as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge upto all leads and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two levels including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foriegn matter in walls as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) on previous distemper of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of grease dust, loose, pices of sealed including preparing the surface even and sane papered smooth and one subsequent coat in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease , dirt and other foreign matters, sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized M.S. sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS tower bolts(barrel type) anodized, transparent or dyed to requried colour and shade with screws etc. 125mm as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS handle anodized transparent or dyed to required shade with necessary screws as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge upto all leads and lifts of following dia:-

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated )bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground in all leads and lifts.

Half bricks masonary in common burnt clay building bricks in cement motor 1:4( 1cement : 4sand) in all leads and lifts.

Wiring for light point/ Fan point/ exhaust point/ Call bell point with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated head resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core(flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit and earthing the light point with 1.5sq.mm. HRFRL/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required Group A

Wiring for circuit sub main with 2x1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant(HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conoductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 1 No. 1.5 Sq.mm, HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required.

Providing and fixing following type of CFL rod lighting Luminairs Epoxy black powder coated sheet steel housing with epoxy white powder coated XRCA sheet steel gear tray clear a crylic cover aluminium reflectar ( but excluding the cost of CFL) complete with accessories connections, testing and commossioning etc., as required.

Providing and fixing 85 watts CFL in existing fixture complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve ( with hand wheel) as per IS: 780 class up to 300mm dia including brass spindle and as per IS 2906 PN 1 for diameter more than 300mm complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc., ( The tail piece if required shall be measured and paid for separately) with in all leads,lifts and to the entire satisfaction of engineer incharge.

100 mm dia meter for inlet, outlet and scour.

Providing and fixing of angle iron fencing post size 50x50x6mm in 2.50mtr long with hold fast at bottom. along with 9 Nos. cut to fix the GI barbed wire complete including braket etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

1.80 meter high fencing with 2.50 mtrs. angle iron posts 2.50 meters center to center with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 type-I) weighting 9.38 kg/per 100 meter (minimum) strained fixed to posts cost of angle iron post paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.

Steel work in welded built up section including, cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratuing framed guard bar ladders, railing brakcet and similar work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
