3.3 : Excavation for road way in soil with Dozer including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.

od41106/2018_2019 : Providing MS pipe of 125mm dia, 6mm, 50mm pipe, 6mm thick etc with MS sheet pile 6mm thick sheet driving down vertically in line and levels interlocking with adjacent piles with suitable driving unit and all accessories for a depth of 6m including all labour hire charge etc complete and dismantling the same after completion of work as per the directions of departmental officers at site. (The alignment and resistance or thrusts should be maintained by horizontal wallers, braces or tie backs.)

od31289/2018_2019 : Supplying of coconut pile 250mm or nearest available size and average height of 7.50m

od31290/2018_2019 : Driving down the coconut pile 75cm c/c 250mm or nearest available size to lines and levels through the various strata including all hire and labour for fixing staging platform and all other appliances necessary for pile driving

od31291/2018_2019 : Cutting and removing the excess length of wooden piles to lines and levels etc complete.

od41836/2018_2019 : Dry rubble masonry without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site.

12.4 : Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

14.7 : Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, center to center spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

4.1.A.1 : Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 <br> Grading-I - Plant Mix Method

4.12 : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

55.2 : Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

55.3 : Supplying and stacking 6mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

5.1.a : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

55.1.a : Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness with 0.27 cum of 12 mm departmental aggregates premixed with 12.96 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level on a previously prepared base, after priming the existing surface with 5 kg of bitumen (VG 30) 10 sqm including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel static roller of 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades,followed by a seal coat of 0.09 cum of 6 mm departmental aggregates premixed with 8.64 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm. <br> By Manual Means.

8.13 : Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

8.35 : Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised Pavement Marker) of ' category A' made out of ASA/HIPS/ABS moulded body with shanks and conforming to ASTM D 4280, strong enough to support a load of more than 13.635 T when tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280, reflective panel confirming to ASTM D 788, and reflectivity conforming to clause 804.4. including installation, drilling, fixing with adhesive etc. with 2 years warranty for the road stud as well as for in field performance as per clause 804.7.3<br> Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector :-

8.4.2 : Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign with 7years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting vide clause 801.3.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 25x25x3 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.<br> 60 cm equilateral triangle

8.5 : Providing and fixing of direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign with 7 years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.
