Annual running maintenance contract of railway siding during 2020-21 at FSD Sabarmati

Systematic maintenance of Rly.track in the railway siding of FCI Sabarmati foe all item as included in the technical specification(Para3.00 to 3.9) Note: All track fitting including rails,sleepers,fish bolts, bearing plate & points crossing in the section shall be supplied by FCI free of charge for replacement.

Removing precast cement concrete blocks and stacking them as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge ,removing spoils upto bottom of sleepers and refilling soil to original level by proper ramming and consolidation.

Removing rail of all types & length from track, laid on any type & density of sleeper by removing fish plates, fastenings & fish bolts and other material along with keeping released rail and all materials safety on cess, as directed by Engineer -in-charge (cutting & drilling of rail shall be paid separately and work to be done under traffic block & Railway's supervision)BG Track for casual/Scattered renewal work.

Cutting foot of rail by gas or any other approved method for check rails with contractor's tools & plants. Payment shall be made for length of cutting of foot.

Supplying laying ,loading ,unloading and stacking of 52 kg rails as per RDSO specification as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Distance block for check rails as per railway specification.

Supplying checkrail bolt with washers clips etc. 25x180 mm or other required size for fixing check rails, guard rails, distance blocks as per railway specification.

Supplying fish plats bolts 25x150 mm as per railway specification.

Supplying of stone ballast as per railway specification.

Drilling holes of 16 mm to 32 mm dia with rail drilling machine in all type of rail section with contractor's tools & plants,equipment,consumable with all lead & lift etc. complete, as directed by Engineer -in-charge .Rail drilling Machine will be as per RDSO specification no.TM/SM/3.dated 24-04-1991 for outside track.

Gas cutting of rail of various sections with contractor's tools & plants, as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Rail section of 90R and below.

Linking of BG track on prepared formation at level crossing locations with fixing of level crossing blocks, plats screw, check rails, drilling of holes as necessary to correct gauge & alignment with Railway's track materials including spreading sleepers at specified spacing,squaring,pairing & fixing rails to sleepers with all type of rail fitting & fastening including their lubrication as per PRRWM standards. Rate is inclusive of kutcha packing to make track fit for 20 kmph speed and also for anticorrosive painting of rails.Note:1. Rate included greasing of pandrol clips with contractor's grease of approved quality.2. Drilling of holes shall be paid separately)
