SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD AT TECHNICAL AND RESIDENTIAL AREA AT IRDE UNDER GE (I) R N D DEHRADUN

M&L repair to pot holes of any depth n. exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG-30) 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot hole exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Premix bituminous,macadam with paving bitumen ,mixed in hot mix plant with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by mechanical paver and power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less )

M&L Preparing surface of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes, for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose/dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm with mechanical sprayer and providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (including bitumen), using Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and super elevation with power roller 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specited and directed. Note:- The mixed materials for Premix Carpet shall be obtained from HOT MIX Plant and shall be laid with Mechanical Paver.

S & F in repair Cat eye ABS body with scratch and abrasion resistant micro prismatic polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lens temperature resistant body and lens with high impactstrength of size 91mm x 117mm x 17mm (Avery Dennison ) Feixed with Bitumen Adhesive BI-69 complete all as specified and directed. (Make: SIGNTECH or equivelent modle of 3M, Dark Eye, make as approved by GE).

S&F in repair Solar Stud body made from alluminium alloy. Solar powered by monocrystal solar panal (1.2V/3watt). Type of battery : One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battry (1.2V/1600MA) LEDs: 10mm, total 6 pieces 3 on each side. View distance qppox 1000 mtrs 12 hours of continous lighting at night. Mounted on concrete or road size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (60mm shank) with 06 LED's 03 on each side complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No :- SS-02 of Make SIGNTECH or equivelent model of 3M, Dark Eye, Tatq make as approved by GE.

M&L for Preparation of new/old road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 1.5 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing etc road marking of 150/100 mm width using ‘HOT MARK thermoplastic paint (Hot Application) by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture’s instructions complete all as specified and directed .
