Disconnect the all Electric connections; dismantle the pumpset from suction/Delivery system by using Gas cutter and manual labour etc. as required.

Dismantling the Suction/ Delivery line and sluice valve, NRV, Bends and tail piece etc. by using Gas cutter and manual labour etc. as required.

Removing of worn out MS Base frame from RCC by cutting foundation bolts by using Gas cutter/Welding set, manual labour and lifting/loring, tools and tackles etc.

Breaking of RCC foundation by pneumatic power hammer and electric compression machine etc. Removing the broken material from pump house and disposing the same at suitable place as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of Horizontal Split Casing pump with impeller(Bronze) & Neckring(Bronze), shaft and sleeve(SS-410/40C8) in fitted condition with suitable bearings along with IE2 rating TEFC motor. The pump and motor coupled on M.S base Plate with coupling and coupling guard for following Duties:- Duties of Pump:- Head:-45 mtrs Discharge:-400 m3 /hr. Supply of oil immersed manually operated auto transformer motor starter with Heavy Duty Double Contact & Strip Wound Overload Coil with Cable Entry Box. Rating: 150 HP, 415V, 50 HZ, 3 Phase, 225 Amps. Make:- Advance/Capital/Bentex/DJB approved.

Supply of Motor Starter Oil For Oil Immersed Motor Starters. Make : HP/Servo/Gulf/DJB approved make.

Installation of above auto transformer motor starter including fixing of starter at proper base as per directions of engineer in charge along with making electric connection of the pump set with ATS and main panel as required while taking all safety precautions including any minor civil work required complete with proper finishing. Arranging all tools and tackles the works is inclusive of testing and commissioning of all ATS at NO load and as full load successfully.

Making of Reinforced Cement Concrete foundation suitable for above pump set with all material like cement concrete, sand, plastering i/c supply and grouting of new foundation bolt size as required at site - 08 nos. in pocket by proper welding to MS frame of RCC with proper support and filling of CC for grip of foundation bolt in CC structure and also making wet layer of cement in old CC Structure for Proper mixing and required civil work with proper levelling.Fixing of M.S Base frame on the foundation as per site requirement.

Providing & Fixing of the Pressure Gauge of range from 0-100 Psi at different pumpsets in BPS including providing all the material /accessories such as GI fittings, Bib cock etc. required complete the work including as per site requirement. Make:-Hguru/fibeg/DJB approved make.

Supply of 300mm dia. 90 degree MS Bend made out from M.S pipe mm having thickness 8mm and both side flanges of 16mm thickness; coated internally with food grade epoxy coating as per site requirement.

Cleaning the surface of pipe, valves etc, with wire brush and ambry paper and painting the complete installation with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paints after a coat of steal primer as per site requirement.

Installation of above 100 HP motor and pump along with all piping works, fixing of suction/Delivery lines, reducer ,MS Bend, Sluice Valve, NRV , gap pieces, the MS base frame on CC foundation ,proper alignment of the pump/motor, fixing of M.S delivery line in the existing pumping main as per site requirement by electric welding set, manual labour. also making electric connection of the pump sets etc, executing allied electrical, mechanical and civil works i/c watch and ward, cartage, taking all safety precautions, cartage ,arranging all tools & tackles i/c welding set, gas cutter etc. and fixing of coupling guard and connection the motor from panel / starter, Consumable items, testing and commissioning the pump set after checking the system both electrical and mechanical on full load in the supervision of engineer in- charge at site. the works is inclusive of testing and commissioning of all (E&M) equipments at NO load and as full load successfully.This is a turnkey job and it further includes any left out items which may be required during execution of work will be firm responsibility & no extra payment will be paid.
