Improvement of Rushimal Tourist Spot at Tamangi of Hatimunda GP of Daringbadi block in the district of Kandhamal for the year 2025-26

Earthwork in excavation of foundation & plinth in hard soil mixed with gravels including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceed 23.5cm(9") in depth with all lead and lift inclujding cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer -in- Charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion M10 in foundation and floors using 40mm and down graded black Crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of all machineries required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge

Brick Masonry work with Fly Ash brick of size 23 cm. x 11 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in foundation & plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick Masonry work with Fly Ash brick of size 23 cm. x 11 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C (M 20) using 20 mm and down graded H.G crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. including Centering, Shuttering for all types of RCC works for COLUMN base including false works and dismantling them after casting and depositing the materials 50m away from the site of work complete and cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by Engineer – in- charge.

R.C.C (M 20) using 20 mm and down graded H.G crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. including Centering, Shuttering for all types of RCC works for PLINTH BEAM including false works and dismantling them after casting and depositing the materials 50m away from the site of work complete and cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by Engineer – in- charge.
