Earth work in excavation by manual/ mechanical means including getting out and disposal of excavated earth at designated dumping area of CSL, within 3 km of the yard, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge: All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling with quarried earth suitable for backfilling without vegetation in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, with compaction including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), including cost of cement, centering and shuttering, mixing, laying, compacting, curing, deshuttering etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including cost of cement, centering, shuttering, mixing, laying, compacting, curing, deshuttering, all labour charges, conveyance, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 110 gsm polythene sheet with an overlap of 15 cm in joints longitudinally & transversely underneath CC interlocking paver blocks including cost and coveyance of materials and labour etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks and relaying the same after uprooting any vegitation and then filling additional earth and laying 50mm thick bed of coarse aggregate of 6mm over 110 gsm polythene sheet with an overlap of 15cm at joints longitudinally & transversely, to raise the interlock paver level to match with the existing level at the settled/ damaged areas and filling the joints with fine sand, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and other incidentals etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge. (Filling of earth and polythene sheet laying shall be measured under relevant items)

Supplying and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of rectangular shape with a size of 20x10cm and in a grade not less than M25, matching with the existing paver block over 110 gsm polythene sheet and 50mm thick compacted layer of 6mm coarse aggregate, laid in required colour and pattern, filling the joints with fine sand. The rate is inclusive of conveyance of all materials, labour and other incidentals etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- Charge. Sides of the paved area to be finished with concrete. (Filling of earth and polythene sheet laying shall be measured under relevant items)

Providing and fixing GI weld mesh of gauge 14 with mesh size 1/2 inch to the existing fence using cable ties 2 nos at every 50cm, after folding the mesh to the required shape as per drawing including painting with two coat of zinc chromate primer of approved make. Rate is inclusive of cost of material and labour for fixing the mesh, clearing the surrounding area in order to fix the mesh, ground levelling etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, placing and tying in position torsteel reinforcement to size and shape including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for loading, unloading, uncoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, lapping or welding, coupling, hire charges of welding equipments, tools and plants, welding electrode, placing in position and binding with 22G binding wire etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of steel in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) sections, base plates and angles including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding or bolting and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including hire charges for tools and plants, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete.

Supplying, providing and fixing roofing with 0.46mm thickness coloured aluminum powder coated roofing sheet approved colour and manufacturer (profile and colour should match with the already existing sheet) and fixing using self tapping & self drilling screws with EPDM sealing washers to be fixed on every alternate crest of sheets and overlaps of sheets with minimum end overlaps of 150mm and stitch screws of approved size on side overlaps including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all leads and lifts, other incidentals etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Finished area only will be measured and considered for payment)

Supplying, providing and fixing 0.46 mm or above thick Aluminium coloured powder coated ridge cover 600 mm wide with minimum over lap of 300mm, using self drilling & self tapping screws with EPDM sealing washers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, all leads and lifts, other incidentals etc. complete.

Supplying, providing and fixing flashing with 0.46 mm or above thick Aluminium coloured sheet (Upto 600 mm) with suitable overlap at ends including cutting and bending, using self drilling & self tapping screws with EPDM sealing washers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, all leads and lifts, other incidentals etc. complete.

Supplying, providing and fixing Solid polycarbonate transparent/ frosted sheet, 3 mm thick with self drilling & self tapping screws, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, cutting and fixing charges, other incidentals, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. It should be ensured that polycarbonate clear sheet area should be leak proof after completion of work.

Supplying, providing and fixing 150mm uPVC gutter with spouts for collecting rain water, (over laps should be glued in order to prevent leakage) including GI clambs for holding and fixing gutter to structural member, fixing to line and level, painting of clamps with one coat primer and two coat synthetic enamel paint, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing uPVC rainwater pipe including all specials such as bends, elbows, reducers, etc. and will be measured with pipe length, jointing of pipes and fittings with one step PVC solvent cement, cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour etc. complete. 90 mm nominal outer dia pipes (4 Kgf/cm2)
