Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for laying of cable or foundation of pole and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm thick including spreading, levelling watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning as 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable including spreading, levelling and hand punning etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed stone slab 25 to 30cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abuting each other with gap adjacent slab not exceeding more than 10mm as cable protection complete all as directed.

Laying only XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of any size and core complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' from the deptt.

M& L for 50mm dia GI tubing (light grade) with all necessary fittings laid in trenches under road crossing fixed on poles / wall / under floor / trenches etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of GI Tubes medium grade of 15mm bore with all fittings complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI Tubes medium grade of 20mm bore with all fittings complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing G.I. tubing of size 40/50mm bore for alterations or additions including insertion of fitting required of suitable size such as TEE, Elbow, nipple etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plug type bib taps, cast iron, screwed for iron pipe and fixed to GI tube medium grade complete of size 15mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to GI tube medium grade complete of size 20mm bore all as specified and as directed.

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pedestal/coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix street light fitting LED type 36 watt, IP -66, 100 Lumen per watt, die-cast aluminium housing, heat shrink, heat resistive, toughened glass complete maximum power consumption shall be 36 watt with minimum 3600 system lumens, 3 stage CCCV driver with min 4 KV surge protection, voltage range of 150-270 volts AC, DC output not exceeding 72 volts DC, driver should be compliance of SELV norms complete including FRP street light box size not less than 240x130x95mm with 3phase supply connecter and single phase MCB of 1Amp including fixing arrangements and 3core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor weather proof cable from pole box to street light fitting including PVC conduit 20 mm dia with 2 Nos of clamps of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix GI pipe bracket of 40 mm dia light grade pipe 1.5 mtr long, bent to shape, including 2 Nos of MS Clamp of flat iron of suitable size with nuts, bolts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red exide primer omplete all as specified and as directed.
