M&L for Roughening of surfaces of old concrete surfaces including damaged tarfelt by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sq metre etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in roofs, floor ( other than ground floors) beams, staircase , landings , chajjas and similar suspended work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 with 12.5 mm graded granite stone agggregate 25 mm thick over RCC roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering in CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L For APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm reinforcement weighing not less than 100 gms / sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius, longitutudinal tensile stength not less than 300 N / Sqcm, tearing strength of 100 Nm by torch application including minium 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end laps over acoat of Bituminous emelson @ 100gms / Sqm on planted surface and hot blown bitumen 85 /25 grade @ 1.20 kg / Sqm and finishing with solar refelective Bituminous aluminum paint applied 100 gms /sqm including dismantling and removal of exisiting unserviceable membrane etc complete all as specified and directed.d by Engr-in-charge .

Taking down of cement plaster incl hacking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work with cement mortor (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement over 10mm thick with cement mortor (1:6) in external surfaces of wall (upto four storey building) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separetly.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in ceiling/facia with cement mortor (1:3), finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on internal surface with 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:6. finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion water proofing painting over a coat of primer including prepartion of new surfaces of wall (up to four storey bldg) as per manufactures instructions ) all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of oil bound distember over a coat of primer including prepartion of new plastered surfaces of wall over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of ceiling with three coat of white wash over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Asbestos decorative type fibre cement building boards , 4 mm thick fixed or laid / inserted to timber / GI / Aluminum frame work with screws on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L For Anodised aluminum snap grid frame work for false ceiling size 605 x 605 mm all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain mild steel wire 2.0 to 2.5 mm dia galvanised class 3 in detached work sutch as for mosquto nets and fixing to straining bolts, hook, eye, all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed including bend/joint pipe in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors or fixed to walls including Taking down cast iron pipes/ PVC pipe including fittings by burning out lead joints etc to facilitate dismmentling old serviceable fittings/pipe laid in trenches floors or fixed to walls all as directed including earth work. Demoltion of PCC/Brick work and making good to match with existing surfaces (upto four storey building) including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.

S&F 16mm dia bore UPVC tubing in repair ASTM 1784 Sch 80 class III fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc, including taking down existing pipe, etc in(Upto four storey building) including using of necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20mm bore UPVC tubing and refixing pipe pressure rating 10kgf/CM2 fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc any type of pipe all as specified and directed. (Upto four storey building).

Cutting/cleaning small trees, saplings,shrubs and under growth complete roots from brick walls,chajjas etc including taking out complete roots from inside walls/chajjas and making good surfaces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 or in cement mortar (1:4) to match the existing surfaces all as specified and directed (Upto four storey building)

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, all as specified and directed.
