Isolating the 400 KVA HT/LT distribution transformer of lift irrigation scheme Manzgam from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discarding the HT cable, disconnecting the LT side Cable from bush rods with the help of skilled labour, manual labour lowering of transformer from bed with the help of JCB , loading in private vehicle to workshop for repairs.

Draining of T-oil from transformer tank in separate barrel to be arranged by the firm with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles.

Opening the lid of transformer and discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly from tank. The job includes the charge for dismantling of core assembly & removing damaged coil with the help of skilled labours .

Providing and fitting of 12 No. fresh HT coils in appropriate size of copper wire as per sample.(weight of one coil = 13kg).The job also includes the charge of providing and fitting of insulating material with the help of skilled labours like, latheroid paper, cork sheet, cotton tape, fiber glass sleeves, insulation gum and varnishing of the coils and heating in the heating chamber.

Replacement of damaged copper bush rod/bush cup of L.T side with new one properly for the completion of work.

Providing and filling of fresh T-oil sealed barrel of Gulf make .

Reassembling of Transformer by way of fitment of HT /LT Coils, core after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts/bolts heat treatment of the Assembled transformer, and fitting top lid of the transformer.

Loading of the transformer in a private load carrier after proper repairs at workshop and unloading at site with the help of skilled labour& JCB, connecting H.T & L.T connections with the help of skilled labours & tested on full load.

Providing and fitting of new l1KV link set of reputed make.

Deduction cost of old scrap as 80% of weight of item no. 04.
