SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 50m but n exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point as in soil complete as specified.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified

Rolling and consolidation of formation of surfaces in cutting with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller including filling up depression which occur during rolling complete.

Material & labour for Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber 150 mm thick in layers complete.

M & L for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, (each layer of 7.5cm thick laid & compacted separately) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to a required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by using mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumin) at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic (SDAC) concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 450 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundation ,sub base all as specified

M&L for walling of precast PCC solid block masonary in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 built in CM (1:6) bonded and solidly hearted all specified .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20mm graded aggregate ) in coping ,channels necessary form work and finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work.or concrete surfaces finished fair and even

M & L 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, of any length laid as in trenches ,floor ,weep holes all as specified and directed

Supply and laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 150 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.
