Assisting in carrying out Maintenance and Testing of gate valves, globe valves, plug valves, BF valves, ball Valves, check valves etc of size up to 8"NB.
Assisting in carrying out Maintenance and Testing of gate valves, globe valves, plug valves, BF valves, ball Valves, check valves etc of size from 10"NB to 24"NB.
Assisting in carrying out Maintenance of mechanical seals.
Assisting in carrying out machining jobs in R&M Shop.
Assisting in up keeping of sectional stores and tool crib.
Assisting in carrying out Preventive maintenance of mobile cranes, EOT cranes, Fork Lifts, Departmental vehicles.
Assisting in carrying out in-house general/regular repairs jobs in Garage section.
Assisting in carrying out replacement of diaphragms, compression unit etc in the diaphragm valves, replacement of aged diaphragm valves, temporary installation/removal of manual diaphragm valve in place of pneumatically actuated diaphragm valves during their maint.
Assisting in carrying out maintenance of Cations, Anions, Mixed Beds, Polisher Beds, ACFs, Clariflocullator, Pressure Filters, Clarifiers etc.
Assisting in carrying out maintenance of cooling tower cells.
Assisting in carrying out routine Miscellaneous Maintenance Jobs i.e. Cleaning of suction strainers of pumps and compressors, providing sealing clamps to attend pin hole leakages from pipelines, online jobs on valves (gland tightening, removal/installation of actuator, stucked disc removal etc).
Assisting in carrying out online maintenance of steam line Steam Traps installed in pipelines at RAPS 3&4 and HWPK Site.
Assisting in collection of used scrap material generated after maintenance job and storing at designated place.
