PROVISION OF NEW MS PIPE LINE CONNECTION SIZE 450MM FROM RAW WATER PIPE LINE TO CASCADE AERATOR TANK AT MAIN FILTER PUMP HOUSE WITH ALLIED WORKS UNDER AGE EM BAIRAGARH

(a). Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe, n’exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed. Qty-25 Cum (b). Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cms in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed. Qty-18 Cum (c). Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point as specified and directed. Qty-05 Cum (d). Dismantling/taking out of CI water mains including all CI Fittings of following sizes, including cleaning of scale & all loose material from inner part of pipe and recovering of lead, complete all as specified and directed. (i) 450mm bore pipe Qty-10 RM (e). Supply & laying in trenches MS Pipe thickness 10mm for 450mm bore pipe including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Qty-08 RM (f). S & F CI Fitting such as Bends, tappers, straight connecting piece, Tee pieces, either one side flanged other socketed/both flanged/both socketed any type, radius and upto 150mm bore including nut bolt, packing material etc and making the joint leak proof, complete all as specified. Qty- 246 Kgs (g). M/L push on flexible rubber gasket (Tyton) joint suitable for ductile iron pressure pipes for water mains and pipe fitting with spigot and socketed ends of following bore of pipes all as specified and directed. (i) 450mm bore Qty- 01 Each (h). S & F mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 110 cm long. Qty-27.5 Kgs (j). S & F MS flanged with rubber gas kit size 450mm thickness 10mm all as specified and directed by EIC. Qty-05 Each (k). Labour and welding. Qty- 01 Job Note:- I Contractor shall submit the photos of execution of work (Before/During/After). II Sch of Credit Appx Rs 6125.00 will be deducted from quoted amount.
