Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand filling under floor around the foundation as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded crushed stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- Foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in

Foundation footing bases of columns etc and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete work grade M:30 but not leaner than 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation footing bases of columns etc and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, Floors etc. up to any thickness complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and Breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm. Wide as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in superstructure above G.L. to 1st floor level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) (2nd class brick) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron door, window, clerestory window frame manufactured from commercial steel iron section 40x40x6mm, thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle 50x25mm or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as desired by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 16 x 3.15 mm lugs 10 Cm. long embeded in cement concret blocks 15 x 10 x 10 Cm. 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 sand, 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with bolt and nuts as required including providing and fixing of glass pans with glazing clips and special metals ash putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint. 6 mm thick Cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand)

Providing and fixing of MS sliding door bolt 250x16 mm size (black enamelled) with bolts, nuts and screws etc. complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of MS tower bolt (barrel type) of 200X10 mm size with bolts, nuts and screws etc. complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of MS handle of following size with necessary screws etc. complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3 mm iron hold fast 40 cm long including Fixing to frame with 10 cm diameter bolts nuts and wooden pluges and embedding in C.C. block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade I/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar, dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces under coat with readymixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size within all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges
