Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earthwork in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work , blasting hard or soft soil , lift up to 1.50 mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required in to plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtrs and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - In- Charge. (Pick work).

Laying, Jointing and testing galvanized mild steel tube screwed and socketed in trenches of 40mm dia. including tube fittings such as bends, tees, reducers, unions etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Laying jointing and testing in trenches HDPE pipe of 40mm diameter and classes as per IS: 4984-1995 grade PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machine complete with butt (heat) fusion welded joints with necessary fittings such as bends, tees, reducers etc. fabricated in accordance with IS: 8360 and IS: 8008 with latest amendements and shall be provided as per site conditions. The flanging of the pipes shall be made as and where required conforming to IS: code 8008 and 7634, stud ends shall be fussion welded on pipes & flanges shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating / plastic powder. The flanges should be conform to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts and bolts (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
