M&L two coats of white wash on new surfaces of ceiling including preparation of new surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Marble work (Udaipur green slabs) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) in pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
