M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a primimg/tack coat with bituminous primer (cold emulsion) @ 5 Kg/10Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre mixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 ton roller complete to required gradient and camber(consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6.0% binder content by weight of total mix,(mix 7% bitumen replaced by shreded waste plastic as per IRC SP 98-2013) rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors,berms or pavings laid in layers n exc 15cm thick spread,levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thickness watered and rammed to a true surafce complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm spreading and levelling and ramming as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M 35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B 0 1:2:4 (12.4mm graded aggregate) as in mass concrete around the machine pressed precast concrete paver block or chamfered on edges all as specified and as directed .

S&F road stud of size 132x122x81 mm with a shank of size 42.5x42.5x62mm aluminium body 100% water proofing design confirming to IP 67 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road reflective studs cat's eye model 290 series made of ABS plastic of size 90X107X17mm dynamically designed to with stand very highly impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflector fixing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fpr preparing the surface and applying 2mm thick road marking /paints (retro reflective of shade /colour approved by GE using hot thermo plastic material (to standard temp with gas) @ 6.5 Kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm by fully semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass bead dispenser,propane tank heater and profile shoe driven by experienced operator on road surface complete all as specified and directed.
