Racking out & drawing out of VCB from HT panel after tripping the VCB manually & keeping the VCB in a workable position inside the room.

Servicing and overhauling of 800AMPS, 6.0 KV V.C.B., opening the components, necessary cleaning of the component, carbonised portion, changing of rubber gasket, cleaning of all mechanism parts and lubricating the mechanism, opening of C.T.s, busbar spout assembly cleaning the same and insulated properly by supply of C.T.C. etc. and refifling all the parts to its original position by making all relevant electrical connection, panel wiring etc. for satisfactory & operation.

Cleaning of H.T. spout with dry cotton & CTC/CRC to make dust free after discharging the store charges using discharg earth rod.

Removing of pitting from H.T. contacts by filing & dry cotton cloth & cleaning the main V & finger contact with CTC/CRC & hot oil jet including other dismanlted parts.

Taking out the P.T. (6.0KV/110V) HT VCB Panel and thorough cleaning, washing the interior portion with carbon tetachloride after taking out the from P.T. housing and re-fifling the same after aflaining the desired IR. valve and re-fifling, re-fixing the P.T. complete and testing and commisining as per direction of E.I.C

Dismantling, Servicing, cleaning, testing, re-fifling and calibration of the Each feeder consist of Relay type- 2nos over current relay and one no earth fault relay (CDG 31 - 3 No.,VAX31-1No. And VAA32-1No ) For 6.0 KV panel.

Adjustment of all linkage and contact movement of H.T. Breaker

The ON-OFF and charging auxillary trip mechanism should be made to have smooth operation by charging and necessary re-adjuctment according to the order of E-I-C.

Supply fixing of stud type LED indicating lamp (110 to 230Volt) (For phese & ON/OFF indication)

Supply & delivery of 1 nos of .Timer (0-30 sec. EA A1D ), 1 nos of PLA relay 24 V DC , 1 no of 86 (VAJ) Master trip relay 24 V DC 2C/O with base2 C/O with base ,

Testing & commissioning for aforesaid switch gears.
