Improvements to internal roads and approach roads in Doddakanagal village of Sakaleshpura Vidhana Sabha Constituency

The intending bidder/firm/Company should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor ,at least one ANY CONSTRUCTION work of value not less than 25% of the amount put to tender i.e Rs.21.00 Lakhs during any one year of the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work done to bring it to the 2025-26 price level.

Each bidder/firm/company should have executed in any one year of the last five years from 2020-21 to 2024-25 the following minimum quantities of work 1) Cement Concrete for All Grades (PCC/RCC) - 277.00 Cum 2) Earth Work (Excavation & Embankment) 894.00 Cum 3) WBM/WMM - 348.00 Cum 4) SDBC - 10.00 Cum 5) BM - 21.00 Cum

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity:-(AxNx5.0-B) where, A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N- Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B-Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next one year (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) It should not be less than Amount Put to Tender

The intending bidder should furnish the KPWD Class III & above Contractor certificate of registration issued by State/Central govt. organization

EPF Registration certificate and recent 06 months challans OR Employees Provident fund Registration Certificate a) In respect of Contractors who are not registered with the EPF (Employees Provident Fund) authorities, the contractors should produce an undertaking that he shall within 7 days of the close of every month submit to the Executive Engineer, Yagachi Project Division Belur, a statement showing the recoveries of contributions in respect of employees employed by him and shall also furnish under the provision of the scheme to the commissioner, EPF. b) However, having given an undertaking to this effect if the contractor does not furnish the information, the Nigama will deduct the necessary amount from the amount due from the contractor. Not with standing the above, the contractor will be liable for any consequential penalty /damages levied by the EPF authorities.

The bidder / firm/ company should furnish details of Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 25.20 Lakhs (Usuaaly 30% of the amount of Contract) for the work mentioned above for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / letter of credit / certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled banks in the specified format Enclosed as per Finance Department Circular No: FD-CAM/16/2022(P-2) Dt: 22.08.2022.

Annual Turnover Certificate of Last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) dully certified by Chartered Accountant should be uploaded with profit and loss statement with valid UDIN Number

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period achieved in one Financial year an annual financial turnover of Rs.84.00 Lakhs. dully certified by Chartered Accountant should be uploaded with valid UDIN Number Certificate

The contractor belonging to Scheduled Tribes should upload caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

The contractor belonging to Scheduled Tribes shall be domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years(Should upload Certificate issued by Competent Authority).

List of key Technical personnel required by the Tenderer who are suitable for both design and execution of work and number of technical personnel who will be deployed EXCLUSIVELY for these works with at least 1 Nos. B.E.(Civil Engineer with degree certificate with minimum 2 years experience ) and 1 Nos. Diploma (Civil Engineer with minimum 2 years experience )
