Taking down existing old treatment incl padding water proofing plaster of any description any type, roof tiles cement mortar screed bed and removing existing bitumen felt treatment incl brushing, brooming, cleaning top surfaces of roof slab to receive plaster etc incl disposing off debris from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar(1:3) with water proofing compound on fair finishes of brick work or concrete surface of roof slab, to be finished even and smooth(without using extra cement )including use of Water proof compound all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound rate shall not be paid separately.

Roof treatment :- Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Ist Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm on primered surfaces. (b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 3 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. Note : Roof treatment shall be carried out through approved manufacturers or their authorized personal only.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc exc 250 ltr but n. exc 500 ltrs water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.Note-(i)Date of Cleaning will also be mentioned after cleaning with synthetic enamel paint. (ii)Disconnecting existing tank and reconnecting/refixing in position should be deemed in quoted rates.

Sunken Floor treatment :- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken portion including vertical portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as specified and approved including demolition and filling of sunken floor with & including PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm brick aggregate). (a) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.125 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (c) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WP compound to be provided while concrete is still green. (d) Joint of/Trap/WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Note:(a) Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as per manufacturer's instructions. Before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hours for any leakage /dampness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. (The rate quoted includes water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions). (b) Please note that only floor area shall be measured for payment purpose.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of concrete or surfaces of any description and applying two coats of aluminium paint over roof surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area exc 1 sqm but not exc 2.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
