Preparation of Feasibility and Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Development of New Industrial Area at Ratlam Alcohol Plant - Lagoon Area, District - Ratlam

Detailed Survey, Contouring, Structure demarcation, Preparation of Layout Plan of Land boundary at field with the help of Digital Global Positioning System(DGPS) /modern technics at project site with necessary marking pegs etc. complete, by superimposing the Khasra Map provided by MPIDC RO Indore over actual field survey for fixing of demarcation concrete poles. The work also includes Physical & topographical survey ,Contour Work grid by grid with location of plots according to survey reports and its approval i/c internal roads, Drainage system etc. and preparation of detailed estimates for all works complete and approval of layout plan from Town & Country Planning department/any other Competent Authority as per state govt. rule. Preparing of site plan in soft copy (using Auto Cad) in suitable scale as desired by engineer-in-charge duly indicating north direction. Rates includes providing 1 digital copy and three hard copies, khasra map (provided by department) duly showing the land and location plan (index plan) and google image of the land. Rates are inclusive of transportation charges, approval of plan from Town & Country Planning department/Competent Authority and all prevailing taxes

Preparation of Detailed Feasibility Report for the Development of New Industrial Area at Alcohol Plant Ratlam.

Preparation of DPR : a) To prepare detailed Drawings of road network, water supply scheme, Street Lighting with Power Distribution arrangement, Sewer Lines, hydraulics & design of Storm Water Drain , cost estimation for construction /up gradation of above works. The design of various components mentioned in point no 01 should confirm relevant IRC code, IS code, Water supply manual, MSW rules supported with L section, X section and soil testing etc. The cost estimation shall be prepared based on the current SORs prevailing in MP Government with due diligence in escalation of cost. The DPR should contain the various suggestive mode of execution of project b) The detailed survey, location plan & cost estimation for relocating existing utiliti,es shall be prepared based on the current SORs prevailing in MP Government with due diligence in escalation of cost.

Preparation of Bid Documents : To prepare the necessary Bid Documents for inviting E-Tenders and shall be responsible for getting approval from competent authority of MPIDC Bhopal.
