Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring any type for one light , fan, socket power point or buzzer controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket etc; and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade, ISI marked , PVC insulated unsheathed cable (with approved colour code) FRLSH cable drawn in & including PVC casing caping of 25/32 mm wide, with double locking type, including all accessories casing caping as approved by EIC, with PVC 1.5 mm multi stranded insulated unsheathed copper wire, ISI marked of green colour for continous earth, PVC terminal box and PVC board making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

All as per item 2.0 above but for One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 2.0 above but for One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on indpendent board complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.2.0 above but with 2.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable for 3/5 pin 5/15 Amp socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 15 W LED wall/building security light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having top Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including necessary brackets (made out of suitable bore GI pipe light grade appx 0.6 meter long bend to shape) nuts, bolts, etc fixed on walls with MS clamp complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix electric water heater storage type steel/thermoplastic polymer body(as directed by Engineer-In-charge) with stainless inner tank capacity 25 litres, heating element of 2 KW, BEE 5 star rated with all accessories such as safety valve , thermostat , NRV , connection pipe , nut bolt with metalic anchor fasterner etc for fixing on wall & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note:1. Warranty of 2 year on geyser and 07 year on geyser tank shall be submitted by the contractor. 2. Old unserviceable Geyser to be deposited to MES store yard.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 4 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor on wall surface PVC casing caping medium grade of 20-25 mm wide, with double locking type including 4 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete. Note:- Cost of PVC casing caping on walls and making good disturbed wall surfaces matching with the existing shade / tint are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 6 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor on wall surface PVC casing caping medium grade of 20-25 mm wide, with double locking type including 6 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete. Note:- Cost of PVC casing caping on walls and making good disturbed wall surfaces matching with the existing shade / tint are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for sub main wiring with three single core 10 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded incl drawing through concealed on wall surface PVC casing caping medium grade of 20-25 mm wide, with double locking type with all accessories like bend,Tee , junction incl 01x 10 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified Note- Three run of 10 sq mm and one run of 10 sq mm PVC insulated copper wire and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit

Taking down main switches and DBs of any type and make including wooden board/ junction box and making good disturbed surfaces of wall , floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as spd and directed.
