Earth work in excavation in Hard soil upto 3.00mtr depth with initial lead and lift including dressing and levelling the bed complete .s per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.
Sand filling as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

16mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of brick masonry wall with cement mortar of mix (1:6) using portland stag cement (IS 455) with inclduing raking out joints to a depth of 12mm, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all materials, conveyance loading and unloading, all taxes and royalities, all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Painting two coats with approved paint on Iron/wood work with Enamel paint including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffolding, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.
Supplying, fitting afixing of stainless steel of 304 grade i in all floors using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.
Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in dadoo in all floors over 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in ordinary soil in embankment, roads, etc. within 50m. initial lead and 1.5m. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per specification approved by the department along with proper compaction with P.R.R. including hire and running charges of P.R.R. (section measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill).
