M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer including preparing surface of cement base even and smooth with wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Cost of the water proofing compound included this item).

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick, (premium quality) on vertical surface such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing layer of cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab(mirror polished) flooring 18-20mm thick in floors and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular, rubbing and cutting and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms, in steps, pillars, window cills, etc, laid over 15mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab, rounding edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100mm bore PVC waste and vent pipes in any length with or withour ears with cement joints laid in floors complete as all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 100mm bore pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for assembled ready to use rectangular stainless steel (Grade 304) kitchen plate rack with 3-4 shelves, enclosed four sides by SS plain sheet, 0.6 mm squre support pipes, dedicated holes for spoon, pegs etc cover all size 600mmx1200mmx250mm of standard pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for sink with drainage board made out of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in CM to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, over all size 495mm x 420mm, bowl size 410mm x 330mmx 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick designer cement fibre ceiling board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions , laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 12 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per insturctions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.
