Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal.

The employer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the tenderer in Indian Rupees.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025 percentage of the contract value (min Rs:500/- & Max Rs 7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable.

Submission of Nil Service Fee, Negative Fee/ margin over such minimum wage cost of man power shall be rejected as non-responsive

In the event that two or more Tenderers quote the same amount of Service Fee the Tie Tenderer the Tenderer having the highest Technical Score shall be identified and declared as the Successful Tenderer. In the event the Technical Score of the Tie Tenderers happens to be same the Tenderer having the highest Average Annual Turnover shall be identified and declared as the Successful Tenderer

Contractor shall quote the service charge required Lumpsum for one year in Rupees INR only.

For all contractors/representatives it is compulsory to attend the schedule pre bid meeting

Contractors to note all amendments & modifications time to time in e-procurement platform.

All terms and conditions are apply as per tender document

GST will be paid separately at the time of billing at the prevailing rates

Government circular no DPAR 06 2024 Dt 20-05-2024 should be followed for appointment of outsource labours

Government circular No. FD: 417 EXPR-12/2024 Dt 09-08-2024 should be followed
