Demolition of brickwork/ PCC block, stone boulders, masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches,pillars,etc. but excl ashlar facings, dressed stone works & precast concrete surfaces.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended workcomplete all as specified.

Demolition and dismatling steel and iron work of Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering etc and removing surplus soil to 50 m distance annd making good surface complete , all as specified.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 , Type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, all as specified.

S&F tubular steel trusses including special shape washers etc. including for columns complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming toI. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified by Engr in charge.

S&F switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amps (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 16W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for distribution board (single door) when MCB to be used SPN 2 way without bus bar, 240 volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN (single pole and Neutral), 240 volts, 40 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ Series. etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, jointed and testing LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts laid in trenches/ drawn through pipe/ poles or laid under road / drains / path / complete of cross sectional area 10 sq. mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying of course sand free from sharp materials as in filling in trenches for cable protection, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable and 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness as required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

M & L for laying brick as in protection covers over cables using well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches (manually) not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for laying cables or foundation of electric pole / Stay assembly and getting out in soft / loose soil including trimming sides and forming bottom surface to the required level / slope etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade 40 mm dia complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work , Mild steel clamps, bolts , nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separately
