HT PANEL
Supplying, installation, busbar coupling with existing 11 kV vertical cubicle, testing and commissioning of indoor type, floor-mounted, dust and vermin-proof, metal-clad 11 kV VCB panel comprising 5 Nos. VCBs, totally enclosed, fully interlocked, horizontal draw-out, horizontal isolation type, as per IEC 62271-200 and IS 13118, as amended up to date and as per detailed specification, drawings, and SLD. Cubicle to be Coupled The existing vertical cubicle with the following ratings shall be bus-coupled with the new HT panel: Rated Voltage: 11 kV Switchgear & Rating: 800A, 26.3kA, VCB Frequency: 50 Hz Short-time withstand current: 26.3 kA for 3 sec All coupling work, including control wiring, PT connections, SCADA integration (including the necessary add-on & accessories) and associated wiring, inter-panel links, and testing, shall be under the contractor’s scope.
TRANSFORMER - 1000 kVA 11kV/433V Cast Resin (Dry type)
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type 1000 kVA, 11 kV/433 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, cast resin dry type transformer having vector group Dyn11 with On-load tap changer for ±5% variation in steps of 2.5%, suitable for operation on 11 kV, 3-phase, 50 Hz system, with total losses at rated voltage, principal tapping and frequency at 100% load and 120°C not exceeding 8500 W (±15% tolerance), complete with winding temperature indicators for each phase and core, temperature protection, air natural cooling arrangement, termination boxes, vibration isolators, base frame, earthing terminals, rating plate, and all standard accessories as per IEC 60076-11, IS 11171, KSEI regulations, ECSBC norms, and relevant IE rules. The Transformer outgoing shall be bus trunking/duct hence necessary connection arrangements including connectors shall also provided.
DG SET-500kVA
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3phase 415V, 0.8pf 50Hz. DG set of the ratings 400KW/500 KVA, Water cooled Diesel generating set of prime duty comprising of diesel engine alternator, inbuilt fuel tank & Separate 990ltr day tank with necessary fuel line pipe of 25mm MS pipe (heavy duty type) with necessary bends, clamps,supports and valves,painting as required, automatic starting system, battery, battery charger, electronic governor etc with all accessories required for synchronising the DG with another DG. The Generator set shall have a integral type acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB norms. Diesel engine shall be suitable for continuous operation of generator set and satisfies with CPCB IV+ specifications. Generator set inclusive of fly wheel, flexible coupling, air cleaner, corrossion resistor, fan with guard, fuel pump, fuel filter, electrical starting system with starter, 24V battery with regulator, instrument panel, rpm indicator, residential silencer, complete with necessary control wiring compatible with SCADA, interconnections etc. including first filling of oil and diesel for commissioning of the DG set.
Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer, which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation as per manufacturers' standards. Exhaust pipe with suitable specifications with long radius bend from residential silencer with necessary clamps, fixtures, civil works and painted with heat resistant, rust proof, bituminous paint of approved colors to a maximum of 20 m in stages including suitable rain gaurd for top. Fixing shall be done with proper clamps, expansion bolts, support angle of size 40 X 40X 6 mm fixed on the wall/ inside the duct as instructed by the Engineer. The OEM Recommended RCC/PCC foundation for DG,Daytank,Exhaust etc. shall be under scope of contractor without additional cost to Technopark

All synchronization controller in system shall have USB port for programming. Modbus (rs485) and ethemet communication - for remote/SCADA monitoring, CAN bus for load sharing communication for synchronization control. All Generator parameter can be monitored through the controller HMI and SCADA system (Vph,Vll,I,KVA,KW,KVAR,KWH,PF,FREQ). Integration of new DEIF system with existing SCADA is included in the scope of work Supply ,installation,wiring, testing and commissioning of the entire system should be completed with in 48hours. SCADA / ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM
