Rate of the following Consumables will be freezed from 6th Year to 10th year as below mentioned consumables and any other consumables shall be provided by sucessful bidder free of cost during first five (5) years of O&M

20 mCi Gallium-68 Generator (Including Generator Module).

300 doses of F18-FDG (Calibrated to 200 mCi).

50 doses of other F-18 Labelled Radiopharmaceuticals commercially available in market viz. F-DOPA, FPSMA, F-MISO etc. (calibrated to 100 mCi)

Rates of per set of 200 ml disposable CT syringes with tubing and connector.

Any other consumables/ Radiopharmaceuticals

Note:- 1. Sum total rates quoted in 1.01 to 1.05 will be taken to calculate the L-1 Bidder in the said tender. 2. Rate quoted in 1.06 to 1.10 shall not be taken to calculate the L-1 Bidder in the said tender.
