Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries to distance n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in floor finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed graded mechanically crushed stoneregate as in cills, steps, bands, , copings, bed plates, kerbs, hold fasts blocks etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles of throating including necassary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas, facia slabs, shelves supported on walls including edges and like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old bricks retrieved from srl No 04 here-in-before after cleaning and washing complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, throughts & similar items including edges with rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases on brick wall, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends or edges of landing steps cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc, and cutting chases in brick work for roof sheets and making good n.exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars Fe 500D, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised corrugated MS sheeting 0.63mm thick , with 275 gm grade of zinc coating, Grade 'A' (depth of corrugation 17.5mm and pitch 75mm), with two corrugation side lap as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised corrugated MS sheeting of any thickness, from any position and any make, using old sheets retrieved from srl No 02 here-in-before after cleaning , with two corrugation side lap as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with new 'L' or 'J' type cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plain galvanised MS sheeting 0.63 mm thick, with 275 gm grade of zinc coating as in ridge,hips,valley gutters,drip & straight flashing, fixed with coach screws with washers complete all as specified and as directed and directed. Note for srl No 14 to 16 :- The net area of sheeting as fixed shall be measured on the flat (not girthed to corrugations) without any extra allowance for lapse.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including vertical member, rafter and purline including special shaped washer etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 graded st- 240 including cutting to dead length, notching, drilling riveting and/or welding & connecting with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall/concrete surfaces in any height and finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall/concrete surfaces in any height and finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existng treatment of plastered and previously treated wall surfaces, preparation of surfaces after removal of treatment and applying wall care putty in any thickness to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls,facia/ chajja in any height and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistent primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces on walls,facia/ chajja in any height and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces on walls in any height and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls in any height and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty in any thickness to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces, of any description including preparation of surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel and iron surfaces, of any description including preparation of surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces, of any description including preparation of surface n exc 10cm width or girth when nconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and as directed.
