Excavation in post holes in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 0.50 Cubic metre each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface complete all as directed.

S&F for Mild steel work as in angle iron posts or struts for fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed, including cutting top to as hape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including cutting and twisting necessary drilling, bolting and riveting or welding etc and similar works complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as directed.

S&F MS round bars 10mm dia & above cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to IS-432 (Part-I) complete as as directed.

S&F galvanised iron two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm c/c spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stappies or steel pin, complete all as specified. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts, etc; including provn of binding wire complete all as directed.

S&F MS nuts and bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be provided with one washer and nut complete all as directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors, chowkats of MS angle iron or MS hollow square/ rectangular any type/ size with gusset plates, rails, braces,cooler stand, chajja framed complete drilled for fixing of door etc; to be prepared for hanging with and including hold fasts and locking arrangements confirming to FE- 290 (Gde-E- 165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing new steel surfaces and M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces and treating ends of posts etc., with coal tar black paint area tarred exc .10 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm each complete all as directed

Material and labour for point wiring (Modular) complete light/exhaust/ fan/Bell point controlled by one switch one way with 1.5 sq mm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed 1100 Volt grade cable in and including PVC FRLS CONCEALED CONDUIT PIPE (ISI Marked) of 20/25 mm bore with all accessories including new pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall ) with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or PVC FRLS board including PVC FRLS top cover (suitable for modular switch & sockets etc .) with 1.50 sq mm insulated unsheathed PVC FRLS multistranded covered copper conductor for common earth and connecting to earth dolly and making good disturbed surface of wall incl matching the colour of wall/ceiling with extisting wall/ceiling colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Modular switch 6A one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Ceiling rose on PVC FRLS board size 65 X 50 mm three terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for making holes using latest technology or any other means in the existing stone/brick masonary wall suitable for fixing the 250/450 mm sweep exhaust /ventilation fan as required and making the good disturbed surface after fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan ,steel body AC single. 230V of size 450 mm sweep heavy duty with blades and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sub main wiring with PVC insulated but unsheathed 2x4 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable passing through and incl PVC casing caping on wall (by means of screw incl making good existing ) ISI marked and casing caing accessries fixed on surface of wall, ceiling etc, making good the disturbed surface with and incl 1x4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire (green colour) including taking down old one. Note:- Two run of 4 Sq.mm. and one run of 4 Sq.mm (earth wire) cable incuding one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one length including making good the disturbed surfaces.

Supply & Fixing Distribution Board, Double Door, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, SPN 4 way (Concealed flush to wall), 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections, duly flush of wall surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. Blank plates will be included on the quoted rates. 2. All wires to be properly connected with copper lugs. 3. MCB will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 32 Amp 'B' Curve 240 volts. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Sheet metal enclosure SPN 240 Volts having 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Starrated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate,NRV, flexi PVC connection pipes of size 15 mm with brass nut suitable for hot & cold water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 15 mm dia GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed, to walls, ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 15 mm bore ,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Bib taps of 15mm bore CP with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed long body fancy type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
