Preparation of existing floor surface (SWT) with wire brush and removing dead mortar and applying two coats of brush bond polymer water proofing chemical and laying 40mm thick average thickness of cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 6mm graded aggregate) ratio with integral water proofing compound @ 100 ml per bag of 50 Kgs cement as per manufacturer specification and finally applying Kalai finishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
