12 Maintenance of Green Area - Complete

maintenance of green area including

plants with water for 24 months

including weeding, hoeing, watering,

pruning application of good earth,

manure, insecticides, fungicides &

fertilizers , security of plants disposal of

garden rubbish from the premises to be

approved municipal dumping ground

replacing casualty of plants(occurred due

to any reason) by healthy plants. All the

material, manpower and equipments 1,000.00 Sq.Mt. 96.00

required for maintenance shall be

arranged by the contractor and water

shall be provided by the department

(cost of material including in the item)

and water shall be provided by the

department. The maintenance period

will start after 45 days from the 100 %

work completion including necessary

civil, plumbing, irrigation and electrical

work. Minimum One person required at

every 1,000 Sq.Mt.
