Demolition of old cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground floor and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) surface finished even and rough in sub floor/levelling course to recieve floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B2,1:2:4 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc finished the surface even and fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast Chequered cement concrete tiles prepolished machine pressed chemically treated for antifungal 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick of approved coloured, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with gray cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2sqm each and refixing in same opening, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old plain or corrugated steel sheeting or pre painted galvalume sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern of roof covering and segregating serviceable sheet, keeping them staked for reuse and unserviceable sheet removed from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non asbestos fiber cement building boards 4mm thich fixed with screw in ceiling to GI grid frame work for false ceiling Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre with taking down of existing including complete fixing arrangement and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat of wall care putty to obtained smoothness of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L point wiring (surface type) for(Light/Fan/bell) using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area copper conductor mutimultistranded ,PVC insulated unsheathed , FRLS cables in and including PVC casing and caping and fittings, including 1.2mm thick pressed steel terminal switch boxes , 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multi-multistranded copper conductor , FRLS, green PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. for one light/fan point cntrolled by one number one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep by unscrewing nuts & bolts from its original position and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing with twin core twisted copper flexible wire with 2 feet height down rod after fixing of ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement for down rod of 2 feet fabricated out of MS pipe 12mm dia heavy duty painted with brown paint suitable to ceiling fan of any description make brand and model, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
