Parawise comments to the provisions in this specification should be furnished by the bidder.In absence of the above information the offer is liable for rejection.

OEMs or Dealers of the machine with service backup only should quote.Dealer of the machine should furnish tender specific authorization letter from OEM for the sales and service.

The bidders should furnish satisfactory evidence such as R/notes/CRN/Inspection certificate in other railways/Govt sector/PU's etc., to prove that they are manufacturer of the machine and have adequate equipments/machineries for manufacturing the same/similar machine.They should have a Quality Assurance Program. They should furnish a statement giving a list of Railways/consignees/customers to whom the same or similar item was supplied / commissioned by them along with the purchasers names and number, date and quantity supplied and their performance.

(i) In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/tender. (ii) The bidder confirms that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms i) In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date quoted anywhere else should be ignored. (iii) (a) Regarding MSE purchase preference firms, please refer clause 15.0 part B of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Documents->Stores/Supply. (b) Goods and service Tax: Please refer part A Para 14.0 of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Document -> Stores/Supply. (c) Preference to make in India Please refer part B Para 16.0 of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Document -> Stores/Supply. (d) Tenderers are advised to refer instructions to tenders (Part A) and Tender conditions (Part B) for other terms and conditions available under the link Public Document -> Stores/Supply. (iv) Please enter the percentage of local content for the material being offered. Kindly enter 0 (Zero ) for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions. iv) Tenderers shall confirm the following declaration failing which the offer is likely to be ignored. i). Offer validity should be minimum 90 days. ii). Firms with MSME/NSIC Certificate for subject item are requested to submit the same for eligibility towards purchase preference. iii). Tenderer should mention GST No of their firm and also HSN Code of the Item.
