Demolition of Portions of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for providing RCC M-30 Design Mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Precast Landings, Cover Slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork [straight or curved] complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, Retaining Walls, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.50 m and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Serial Item No. 9, 10, 11 & 12: The rates quoted includes cost of Dewatering and Shoring / Shuttering as required at site if an inflow of water into excavations is caused by powerful springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like or rising of water table. Bailing and pumping of water, if required, shall be done as described in para 3.17 of MES Schedule Part – I or suitable methods as directed by the GE and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Please also note that rate quoted includes cost of timbering to uphold sides of excavation if required and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and fitted in cement concrete, Type C2, 1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes of size 200 mm bore packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and fitted in cement concrete, Type C2, 1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm dia RCC Pipes, Class NP 2, laid and jointed with collars laid in trenches and jointed including Demolition and breaking up drain pipes [Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete] of any diameter set in cement mortar and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 200 mm dia RCC Pipes, Class NP 2, laid and jointed with collars laid in trenches and jointed including Demolition and breaking up drain pipes [Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete] of any diameter set in cement mortar and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling Man Holes of depth not exceeding 1.50m with Crusher Dust / Stone Dust / M-Sand including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling Man Holes of depth exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3.0m with Crusher Dust / Stone Dust / M-Sand including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in making good of cutting portions of Bituminous Road / Hardstanding / Path etc. as required, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork [Plain / Curved] to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter for ROUGH finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165, as in framed work such as Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel [½ round or ¾ section] in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
