Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment plant, supporting services at WTP etc. at HWPK Colony for two years during 2024-25 and 2025-26.

Carrying out the daily job by deploying trained/experienced operators as below for operation and routine maintenance of the sewage treatment plant to complete the task, on round the clock basis in three shifts (Day / Night), including operation of mechanical and electrical equipment and valves, maintaining/control of flows and levels, routine checkup including oil check up & make up, belts & Gland packing checking & replacements, regular cleaning of filters of Air blowers, greasing, checking & tightening nuts, preparation of bleaching solution and its dosing in the required quantity, operation and minor maintenance of treated water pumps for Gardening, including upkeeping & grass cutting of area (Complete STP area from entrance gate to Gas holder unit including pond dykes) & equipments of STP, cleaning the pipelines, cleaning of screen chambers/inlet chambers etc. maintaining log sheet & log records etc. complete as detailed below, as per specification and as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

By deploying one trained operator cum supervisor (Highly-skilled) in morning shift. Apart from STP operation he shall also be resposible for managing shift manpower, arranging releavers, inspection of plant and reporting defiencies to departmental representative/Engineer In Charge in time, receiving day to day instructions from the department officials, deployment / redeployment of manpower as needed, co-ordiating other related activities (Minimum qualification – ITI Graduate) including maintaining cleanliness, upkeeping & housekeeping of complete STP premises (From entrance gate to gas holder area including pond dyke etc.) etc. at no extra cost & all complete as per the direction of EIC.

By deploying one trained operator (Semi-skilled) for the above work in 2nd and 3rd shifts. (Minimum qualification – 10th pass).

Carrying out the daily job by deploying one trained/experienced helper (Un-Skilled) to complete the task on round the clock basis in three shifts (Day / Night) at WTP, for assisting operator, upkeeping of area & equipments in and out side the WTP, cleaning the pipelines, cleaning of screen chambers/inlet chambers, aeration tanks, chlorine tank etc and disposal as direcetd by the engineer, clearing of cobwebs once in a week etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: (i) Contractor shall provide trained helper on round the clock shift with a crew of 4 members for daily operation in RTC. Minimum manpower strength shall be maintained on RTC basis. In case of absence of any manpower penalty shall be made which will be the rate quoted by the contractor for that category and will be deducted from RA Bills.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower’s & machinery for Daily assistance for various maintenance jobs including masonry, plumbing, welding, carpentry, fitting jobs etc or any other similar type of work including tools and tackles etc. required to complete the jobs as assigned and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

By engaging Highly skilled manpower etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

By engaging Un-Skilled manpower etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Servo- super- 40 grade Oil

Grease (SERVO)

Gland packing (8mm,10mm & 12mm - 0.6 Mtr Pack)

Teflon Tape

Rubber Gasket sheet, each of Size 1000x1000x3 mm

Coupling of pump with Rubber Spider of size in between 90-150 mm as per the site requirement

Supply of Blower Belts of size as per the site requirement

Chlorotex Reagent Solution 100 ml bottles

Test tubes of 170ml capacity with a round bottom made up of borosilicate thick-walled glass, mechanically & High thermal shock resistant

HDPE Narrow Mouth sample Bottles of 1 liter capacity

Fine quality Bleaching Powder as per IS 12065 (1989) grade- II with ISI mark, in HDPE bags with inner polythene bags. (@ 100 kg/ month of latest batch not older than 2 month from the manufacturing date or as directed by EIC.)

4" Cast Iron Detachable Joints confirming to IS 12987 along with complete fixing arrangement of stud bolts, washers, nuts, EPDM tyton rubber rings etc.
