Providing, of submersible pump set 5000 GPH x 100 m (Head Range +10-25) coupled with suitable motor at pumping station Filtraion plant Brhoon. The recommended make of Pump should be Kirloskar/ KSB/ Crompton/mathur platt along with recommended make of monosub motor. The pumping Machinery should confirm relevant ISO with all latest amendments. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves. The cost includes carriage shifting of pumping machinery by MT and HL at site.
Installation , testing and commissioning of SPS 5000 GPH X 100 MH along with allied electromechanical works at intake of filtration plant by way of carriage/shifting of pipes, welding set and allied material from stacking place to site of work by MT & H/L. Fabrication & fitting of GI pipe nipple with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening of nipple with the delivery of pump. P/F of MS bends 3 inches dia. with MS flanges. P/F of MS clamps 3 inches dia. - 01 No. for holding submersible pump & nipples. Fab/ fitting of bed plate for resting of clamps holding submersible pump & nipples. Lowering of pump/motor along with GI pipe nipples into the 200mm column pipe placed in dubber with the help of ropes & skilled/unskilled labours. P/F of one no 3 inches dia check valve with MS flanges , nut/bolts & washers. P/F of nut/bolts, washers, tapes & sundry items. Providing /fitting of automatic submersible control panel of suitable capacity fitted with single phase, over load protection relay -01 No. Providing/fitting of 10 mm square submersible cable for making of connection from panel to motor with proper thimbling and insulation. Job includes checking continuity of electrical circuit & testing of machinery. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding charges & carriage charges at site. Complete job
