PART B- UTILITY SHIFTING OF ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY LINES-LABOUR

Laying of one number armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing HDPE pipe/duct as per the direction of the engineer in charge. 3.5 x 150 / 3 x 150 sq mm.

Laying of one number armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing HDPE pipe/duct as per the direction of the engineer in charge. 3.5 x 185 sq mm

Excavation of cable trench in all classes of soil and backfilling of the trench after laying cable (3.5x120mm sq), (3.5x150mm sq), (3.5x185mm sq)

Additional rate for excavation of cable trench in exceptionally hard condition(like ordinary rock)(3.5x120mm sq) , (3.5x150mm sq), (3.5x185mm sq)

Digging and laying LT 3.5 x 50 sq mm cable including providing HDPE pipe for looping cables from pillar box to consumer premises etc as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Digging and Laying LT cable 3.5x6 sq mm (Three-phase service connection & Street light) including providing HDPE pipe for looping cables from pillar box to consumer premises etc as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Digging and Laying LT cable 2x4 sq mm (Single-phase service connection) including providing HDPE pipe for looping cables from pillar box to consumer premises etc as per the direction of engineer in charge

Charges for giving street light connection

Charges for the erection of feeder pillar box (24 nos outgoings) including Plinth and earthing

Shifting of single phase connection on newly erected meter box, including erection of meter box, earthing, wiring up to DB and other connections

Shifting of three-phase wp service connection on newly erected meter box, including erection of box, earthing, wiring up to DB and other connections

Surveying the cable route, Collecting consumers data, measuring cable length to consumers, Pole var details collection, Pillar box and Distribution box marking, preparing Sketch etc.

Doing straight joint on cables of sizes beyond 3.5x6 sqmm and upto and incl. 3.5x16 sq mm using the cable jointing kit

Doing straight joint on cables of sizes beyond 3.5x70 sqmm and upto and incl. 3.5x120sq mm using the cable jointing kit

Doing straight joint on cables of sizes beyond 3.5x150 sqmm and upto and incl. 3.5x240 sq mm using the cable jointing kit

PART C - UTILITY SHIFTING OF ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY LINES

Supply and fixing of 20mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface / resess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of LED steet light with output 120 lumen/W ,3000-6000 K with IP 66 protection, total output of 8000 lumen above LED Chip make Cree/Lumilled/Nichea with power factor >0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing,acrylic cover complete with THD <10%, power factor >0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch capable of following output in feeder pillars I Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight (Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required. 1 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply
