Schedule 'A'

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered and cornices, by brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- After painting, cleaning of all floors, glass & furniture by own arrangement).

(Note:- After painting, cleaning of all floors, glass & furniture by own arrangement).

Material & Labour for preparation of old surface of walls and applying one coats of oil bound distemper including filling undulation with wall care putty as required for filling holes/cracks etc with smooth roller finish, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- After painting, cleaning of all floors, glass & furniture by own arrangement).

Material & Labour for preparation of old surface on ceiling and applying one coats of oil bound distemper including filling undulation with wall care putty as required for filling holes/cracks etc with smooth roller finish, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- After painting, cleaning of all floors, glass & furniture by own arrangement).

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by washing down and smoothing old surface of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: After painting, cleaning of all floors, glass & furniture by own arrangement).

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by washing down and smoothing old surface of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over layer of smooth 2-3mm wall care Putty finish as per manufacture instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: After painting, cleaning of all floors, glass & furniture by own arrangement).

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered and cornices, by brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade after filling all indulation/ crack with wall care putty where as required including necessary steel scaffolding + green cloth all-round the work side for any position/height, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Necessary safety precautions need to be taken by contractor before applying paint.)

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by washing down and smoothing old surface of walls including scrapping and and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturer’s instructions, including necessary steel scaffolding + green cloth all-round the work side for any position/height, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Necessary safety precautions need to be taken by contractor before applying paint.)

M&L Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
