Providing, Fixing & Installation of different type of Board i.e. Glow Sign Board, Bay Indication Notice Boards etc as per detailed below are to be carried out at 132 K.V. G.I.S.SUB STATION Hanuman Setu E.T.D. - I, Lucknow as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of the Supervising Engineer :

1) Providing,fixing of Glow Sign Board of size 08 ft x 6 ft duly made of 3 mm thick white colour acrylic sheet for Sub Station Single Line Diagram to be fix in controlo room building. The Glow Sign Board shall be illuminated using LED tube light in sufficient quantity.The board will have letters with computer cut self adhesive 3M vinyl sheet in specified colour shall be provide with back support frame &fixing arrangement.

2) Providing, fixing & installation of Retro Reflective Sign Board of size 6 ft x 4 ft duly made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet for Sub Station Name & Address, whose face to be fully covered with 3M DG cube retro reflective sheet of yellow colour.The letters and symbol shall be computer cut in blue colour.Board is to be provided alongwith the back support frame of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm with provision of 2 nos. leg for grouting duly painted in black colour enamel paint and backside of the aluminium sheet shall be painted with smoke grey enamel paint complete in all respects to be grouted with casting of C.C. foundation.

3) Name Plates of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet covered with 3M HIP retro reflective sheet of folowing size with details/ name written by using 3 M HIP retro reflective sheet as per prescribed colour scheme to be fixed with the help of suitable GI nut& bolts on already installed equipments, structures etc. T&P and Labour as per technical specifications & Directions of concerned Engineer at the Sub Station

a) 1500 x 150 mm size Name Plate for 33 kV Feeder Bay

b) 500 x 250 mm size name plate for Station T/F, cap. Bank and DG set etc.

4) Providing, fixing & Installation of 'R', 'Y', ' B' Phase consisting one each of Red, Yellow, Blue colours in each set & made of dia. 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with face to be fully covered in Red, Yellow, Blue colour 3M HIP retro reflective sheet and are to be fixed with the help of suitable GI nut & bolts on all 132 kV and 33 kV Feeders Bay.

5) Shut down /Break down/Through Transfer Bus of size 300mm*100 duly made of 3mm thick while colour Acrylic Sheet having Letters with compute cut self Adhesive 3 Mvinyl Sheet in Red colour, with proper arrangement for hanging on C&R panels for Sub Station.

6) Providing & fixing & installation of Notice Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft duly made of wooden ply / board with wooden side beadings, inside covered with velvet cloth and 'Notice Board' written on the top of the notice board with proper fixing arrangement, to be fixed at the entrance of main building.

7) Providing &fixing of Wooden Key Cup Board of size 3 ft *2ft duly made of wooden ply/ board with mica covered on all sides except the inside face covered by velvet cloth having arrangement for hanging keys. Frontface shalll be made of clear glass having locking arrangement and the cup board to be fixed inside the control room

8) Providing,fixing & installation of Name Board of size 450 mm *150 mm duly made of 2 mm thick white colour acrylic sheet and having letters with computer cut self adhesive 3m vinyl sheet in blue colour with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed outside various rooms. (Ex Retiring room , Conference room , SDO room, JE rooms, SCADA rooms, Control rooms, Toilet, Store etc.)

9)Providing, fixing & installation of following instruction Board of size 4 ft x 3 ft duly made of wooden ply / board with wooden side beadings and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed inside the various rooms. The face of the board shall be fully covered with 3M vinyl sheet of red colour and having letters with computer cut self adhesive 3 M vinyl sheet in white colour.

10) Shift Duty chart Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft duly made of wooden ply/ Board with wooden side Beading with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in the Control Room and the face to be covered with 3 M Vinyl Sheet in Red Colour and having letters in computer cut self adhesive 3 M Vinyl sheet In white colour at the substation.
