Granite of any type 20 mm thick machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete incl 20 mm thick screed bed 1:6 CM in floors complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete PCC Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer blow bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 at 1.2 Kg/Sqm both at bottom and top of the membrance and finally finished with one coat of bitumenous aluminium paint at 100 gm per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting exc 250 & n exc 500 ltr existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering ) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed .

On horizontal surface: M&L for providing cement concrete of min 75 mm thick of M20 grade using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate to be admixed with water resisting and crystalline water proofing admixture Sika® Control- 200 P (IN) @0.8% to 2% by weight of cement mixing at site and placed in position finished even and smooth with proper slope, all as specified and as directed incl demolition of old PCC. (Admixture measured and paid separately)

Supply only Sika® Control- 200 P (IN) complete all as specified and as directed .

On vertical wall/surface : Supply and apply a protection plaster 15 mm thick 1 : 4 admixed with Sika® Plastocrete Plus @100ml per 50kg bag cement incl taking down old plaster surface. Product requirements admixture: conforms to IS 2645 complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC measured and paid separately)

Supply only Sika® Plastocrete Plus complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed .
